Touches are not being registered when touching multiple screens simultaneously
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. Extend the game window so it spans multiple monitors
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Touch the game window on multiple screens simultaneously
Expected result: All of the touches are registered
Actual result: Only the touches on a single screen are registered
Reproducible with 2017.4.20f1, 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0b2
