Touch events are ended while the screen is still being touched
First rapidly touch screen with multiple fingers from both hands. Then just touch the screen with 5 fingers of one hand and do not lift the fingers up. Notice that the touch inputs for all fingers have ended.
Tested device:
Google Nexus 10 with Android 4.3

Resolution:
Turned out to be the device issue - the screen/OS actually sends ACTION_UP for all fingers.
