Touch doesn't fully press UI buttons when using the new Input System
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "Touch_build_test"
2. Go to File -> Build Settings
3. Make sure Development Build is checked
4. Press Build And Run
5. Press the button using touch screen
Expected result: A Console window appears and logs "works"
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproducible with: 1.0.2 (2021.2.0a16), 1.1.1 (2021.2.4f1), 1.2.0 (2021.2.0a16, 2021.2.4f1, 2022.1.0a16)
Not reproducible with: 1.2.0 (2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0a15)
Notes:
- The button appears to be selected but never released
- Not reproducible in the Editor
- Not reproducible with Old Input System
