Top menu bar is moved to the main area on the lost connection
Steps to reproduce:
1. Attempt to activate Unity Pro edition
2. Enter serial key and lose network connection just before you click on Next
3. Observe that top menu (with name, activation progress) is moved down (see attached screenshot)
Please note, as soon as connection is restored, alignment issues disappears.
Unity version: 5.3.3p2
OS: OS X 10.11.3
Tested for regressions on 5.2.2 and 5.1.4
