Tooltip position on mouse over does not disapear when scrolling
Steps to reproduce :
- create a new project
- on the main camera add multiple components so you will get the scroll bar
- mouse over one component, e.g Mesh renderer > Materials
- when the tooltip appears scroll up and down and notice that the tooltip remains on the screen although the mouse is not over it anymore
