Tooltip is offset when hovering over a serialized field in the Inspector
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-99011” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. In the Hierarchy, select the “Test” GameObject
4. In the Inspector, hover over the “Tooltip” serialized field
5. Observe the tooltip that appears
Expected result: The tooltip appears near the cursor
Actual result: The tooltip is offset, appearing to the right of the cursor’s position
Reproducible with: 6000.0.40f1, 6000.0.47f1, 6000.1.0b15, 6000.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.51f1, 2022.3.61f1 (e6a1f07378cd), 6000.0.39f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
