Tonemapping on a Global Post Processing Volume is not showing up in the Scene view when Upscaling Filter is not set to "FidelityFX Super Resolution 1.0" using URP
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “ToneMappingTest_2022_2”
2. Compare Scene view and Game view
Expected result: Game view and Scene view are rendered the same
Actual result: Tonemapping is not applied to the Scene view and as a result differs from the Game view
Reproducible with: 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2023.1.0a22, 2023.1.0a23
Reproducible on: macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (Intel)
Workaround: In the “URP-High Fidelity (Universal Render Pipeline Asset)” asset set “Upscaling Filter” to “FidelityFX Super Resolution 1.0”
