Toggling fullscreen in WebGL causes exception in Chrome
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached project
2. Go to "File > Build Settings..."
3. Click "Build And Run"
4. Press 'Esc'
Expected result: WebGL window enters fullscreen
Actual results: "Failed to execute 'requestFullscreen'" error message thrown
Reproducible with: 2020.3.0f1, 2020.3.32f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8
