ToggleGroup triggering Events during OnEnable when parented to a CanvasGroup
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No messages are printed
Actual result: Multiple messages are printed
Reproducible in: 2020.1.0a20, 2020.1.0b12, 2020.2.0a14
Not reproducible in: 2019.3.16f1, 2019.4.0f1, 2020.1.0a19
Could not test in: 2018.4.23f1 (Project kept breaking)
