Toggle Visibility doesn't work when GPU Resident Drawer is set to Insansced Drawing
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "My project (2).zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
Expected results: The Cube in the Scene view is invisible
Actual results: The Cube in the Scene view is visible
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b2
Could not test with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.5f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
