Toggle Group not letting one Toggle to become untoggled via scripting
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project.
2. Open test scene if not already open.
3. In Play mode, press on Achievements tab.
4. Press on Ranks tab.
5. Press on Friends tab.
6. Press on Achievements tab again.
7. Observe Mission and Ranks tabs.
8. (Optional) Look inside the uGUITabSwitcher script.
Expected: setting a toggle's isOn to true via script turns off other previously turned on toggles in Toggle Group.
Actual: setting toggle's isOn to true via script does not turn off other previously turned on toggles in Toggle Group.
Issue reproduced in 5.5.0f3, 5.5.1f1 and 5.5.2f1
