[TMP] Text scale changes are not handled when the lossyScale of the hierarchy is very small
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "TestScene"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. In the Game View, inspect the Text while the Canvas scales up
Expected result: Text is updated when the scale changes
Actual result: Text is rendered in squares
Reproducible with: 2.1.6 (2019.4.29f1), 3.0.6 (2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a4)
