TMP_InputField throws IndexOutOfRangeException when characters don't fit height
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Open Assets\Scenes\SampleScene Scene
3. Press Play
4. Try to type into the lower text field
Expected result: Text is typed out
Actual result: An IndexOutOfRangeException is thrown
Reproducible with: 2.1.6 (2019.4.29f1), 3.0.6 (2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0b1)
