Titles of the packages in the Package Manager are truncated
How to reproduce:
1. Set the Scaling in the OS Display settings to 225%
2. Open any project
3. Open Window > Package Manager
4. Observe the list of the package titles
Expected result: The titles of the packages are fully visible
Actual result: Some of the titles are truncated
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b14, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0a16, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.19f1, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a15
Notes:
- Tested with the Display Resolution set to 2560x1440
- The issue on the mentioned resolution is now reproducible only when the scaling is set to 225% in versions starting from 2020.1.15f1, 2020.2.0b9, 2021.1.0a2, 2021.2.0a1
- The user is able to reproduce this issue with a lower scaling (150%) on a higher resolution (3840x2160)
