[Tiny] Project build fails when using package version 0.16.1
Workaround: Downgrading Tiny to version 0.15.3
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Import Project Tiny 0.16.1 package
3. Try to build an empty Tiny project
Expected result: Build succeeds
Actual result: Build fails
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0b3, 2019.2.1f1
Could not test other Unity versions due to the lack of Package Manager or Tiny not supporting those versions
Reproducible with package versions: 0.16.1
Not reproducible with package versions: 0.15.3
Notes:
Build fails with any of the four Build Targets(Windows DotNet, Windows IL2CPP, Web AsmJS, Web Wasm)
