Reset functionality is not working for Maximum Allowed Timestep
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an empty project
2. Edit > Project Settings > Time > Maximum Allowed Timestep
3. Change Timestep value to 1
4. Click cogwheel icon > reset
Actual result: Timestep value changes to .333
Expected Result: Timestep value changes to .1
Reproducible on: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.2.0a14, 2019.1.0f2, 2018.3.5f1
Environment:
Mac 10.14 and Windows 10

Resolution Note:
According to Dev' comment - "The Timestep value resets correctly to 0.3.", it seems it is reproducible and it is by design
