Timeline's Control Track does not update when a Prefab has changes applied in Root in Prefab Asset menu
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "1158592.zip"
2. Open the Timeline Test GameObject in the Timeline window
3. Open the Scene window
4. Select the Cube Prefab in the Project window
5. Change the Cube's Scale in the Inspector window
6. Inspect the Timeline's preview of the Cube in the Scene view
Expected result: Cube's scale is changed in the preview
Actual result: Cube's scale does not change in the preview
Reproducible with: 2019.1.4f1, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a5
Notes:
Reopening the Timeline by selecting another GameObject and then reselecting Timeline Test GameObject fixes the issue.
Root in Prefab Asset menu was introduced in Unity version 2019.1.0f1, thus introducing the issue.
