[Timeline] When calculating the duration of a Timeline asset muted parent tracks are not ignored
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "timeline_duration_fix.zip"
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity" Scene
3. Select the GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Open the Timeline Window
5. Enter Play Mode
Expected Results: Timeline stops playing and muted tracks are ignored
Actual Results: Timeline track keeps playing even when its parent track is muted and ignores the unmuted track duration
Reproducible with: 1.6.5 (2021.3.50f1), 1.8.8 (2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a8)
Could not test below 1.5.0 due to Timeline package errors after downgrading
Environment tested: Windows 11
