Actual result: Timeline version of "racanim" GameObject doesn't match "racanim" that is in the scene
Reproducible with: 2018.4.7f1, 2019.2.2f1, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1 (Package Manager was not present)

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
Comparing the two values inidicated in the repro steps shows only minor change that appears to be accumulated float error from the animated version. Turning off animation compression has a minor improvement, but walking the hierarchy of the two (model & timeline animated) shows accumulated error floating point values as the cause of differences as moved further from the root.
