Timeline Signal Track cannot be used in Custom Playable Graph when there is no Playable Director
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open "Assets\\SampleScene"
3. Press Play
Expected result: The Timeline is played with no errors
Actual result: MissingComponentException: There is no 'PlayableDirector' attached to the "GameObject" is thrown
Reproducible with: Built-in (2018.4.30f1), 1.2.17 (2019.4.17f1), 1.3.6 (2020.1.17f1), 1.4.5 (2020.2.1f1), 1.5.1-pre.3 (2021.1.0b1)

Resolution Note:
The PlayableDirector is necessary for the proper execution of the Signal Track. We tried extricating the dependency, but it is not possible.
