[Timeline] Root motion offsets are ignored with when using Generic animations
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Enter Play mode
Expected: Root motion offset should allow the model to carry on from the position in which previous animation segment ended
Actual: Root motion offset settings are ignored when object's animation type is Generic
Reproduced in: 2017.2.2p4, 2017.4.2f2, 2018.1.0f2, 20182.0b3
Note: for testing out different methods, go to Timeline window and mute/unmute appropriate tracks
