[OSX] Middle button horizontal scroll does not work in Timeline when using Apple's Magic Mouse
To reproduce:
1. Open repro('example') project
2. Open Timeline window, select 'New Timeline' in the project window
3. Try to scroll horizontally in the timeline window
Expected: both vertical and horizontal scroll will work
Actual: vertical scroll works only
Reproduced: 2017.3.0b7, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.2f2, 2018.1.0f2, 2018.2.0b2
Not reproducible: 2017.2.2p4, 2017.3.0b6
Note: on some versions, horizontal scroll works identically as a vertical one
