[Timeline] 'Find Source Asset' option is disabled on Playable Track timeline
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Open Timeline window
3. Select New Timeline asset in the project window
4. Right click on TestClip, notice that 'Find Source Asset' option is disabled
Expected vs actual: 'Find Source Asset' option should be enabled
Reproduced: 2017.4.1f1, 2017.4.11f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.7f1, 2018.3.0b1
Not reproducible: 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.0f1
