[Timeline] Duration mode doesn't change back to 'Based On Clip' after changing to fixed length
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select the cube in the hierarchy to view it in the timeline
3. Change the duration mode to' fixed length'.
4. Drag the blue marker to 120 and play the timeline
5. Change the duration mode back to 'Based on Clips' and play again
Expected Result: It should play till the length of the clip i.e till 60th frame
Observed Result: It plays to 120th frame

2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.0b2, 2018.3.0f2
Not Reproducible On:
2018.2.0b2
