Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro"
2. Open Timeline Window
3. Select game object "Cube" in the Hierarchy
4. Double click or right click and select "Edit in Animation Window" on clip "New Animation" in the Timeline
Expected: when double-clicking or selecting "Edit in Animation Window" Animation Window opens up and lets you edit the clip in it
Actual: Animation Window doesn't open up
