[Timeline] Automatic Framing is neither zooming nor moving the tracks in a frame on pressing F.
Automatic Framing is neither zooming nor moving so that all the clips on the timeline are in the frame on pressing F.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a unity Project.
2. Create a Cube.
3. Window >> Timeline with cube selected.
4. Select "Create"
5. Add some Animation clips on multiple tracks.
6. Press F
Actual Result:
Pressing the F key doesn't show any change in the timeline window.
Expected result:
Track should zoom and move out so that all the clips on the timeline are in the frame.
Environment:
Occurring on both Windows and Mac
Occurring with:
Unity 2018.1.0b10, 2018.1.0b1 , 2017.3.0f3, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.1.3f1

Hi I'm having problems zooming into objects using the 'F' key (using unity 2019.3.5f1), I have a video clip too, how do we send this to Unity team?
