"Timeflow Animation System" custom package appears twice in the Package Manager
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “repro_IN-89725“ project
2. Open the Package Manager (“Window → Package Manager“)
3. Observe how the package “Timeflow Animation System“ package is displayed
Expected result: There’s only one “Timeflow Animation System“ package displayed in the “In Project“ package list
Actual result: There are two “Timeflow Animation System“ packages displayed in the “In Project“ package list
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a2, 6000.0.30f1, 6000.1.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.54f1, 2023.2.0a1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (22H2), Windows 11 (10.0.22631) (user’s)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

The hybrid package format (a .unitypackage containing files from the Packages/ folder) is not supported. Please relocate your files to a folder within the Assets directory and use the Asset Store Tools to specify any Unity package dependencies, if necessary.
