Tiling Rules Collider isn't saved after closing the project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project "2D Debug.zip"
2. Open Scene "SampleScene"
3. From the Asset folder, select the Rule Tile "White Rule Tile"
4. In the Inspector window, change one of the Tiling Rules Collider to Sprite, then change it back to Grid and save
5. Close and reopen the project
6. Observe tiles
Expected result: Tiles colliders are Grid
Actual result: Tiles colliders are Sprite
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 (2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.32f1. 2021.2.27f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8)
