1. hover over or click and hold resize button for editor window
2. expected: tiling menu appears and options to enter split view can be clicked
actual: menu appears but items are greyed out and inaccessible

note: the editor can still be placed in split view by selecting it to pair with another app; ie select another app to tile right via its split view menu, then select the editor to tile on its left in split view
