Tiling cannot be set independently for Main and Secondary Maps
For the Standard shader you used to be able to set different tiling values for Main Maps and Secondary Maps. Using Unity 5.0 beta 16 and later, you cannot. Upon opening the scene, the tiling values are set equal for Main and Secondary Maps, and changing one automatically changes the other.
