Tiles cannot be modified and Gizmos are not functional in the Tile Palette
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a 2D Project
- Create a Tile Palette with Sprites (using 2D Tilemap Extras samples from the Package Manager)
- Using the "Select an area of the grid" selection tool, select a tile in the Tile Palette
- In the Inspector click any of the "Modify Tilemap" options
- Try and use the Gizmo for the selected type of modification in the Tilemap Palette
Actual results: Gizmos are not functional
Expected results: Gizmos are functional and Tiles can be transformed
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.3f1, 6000.0.10f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.37f1, 6000.0.2f1
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
