[Tilemaps] TileBase StartUp() method is called twice
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project and open "TEST" scene
2. Enter play mode
3. Notice that in console SartUp is printed twice
Expected results: TileBase StartUp() is called once. In Console SartUp is printed out once
Actual results: TileBase StartUp() is called twice. In Console SartUp is printed out twice
