Tilemap stops rendering when still in Camera's view
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (TilemapTest.zip)
2.Open "demo" scene
3. Move the camera along Z axis
4. Observe how tilemap stops being rendered
Expected: tilemap is always renderer when visible to camera
Reproduced in 2017.1.0x2-2D-Build
Could not test for regression due to us not supporting backwards compatibility
Fixed in 2017.2.0b4
