Tilemap not overlapping different tiles
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the "Tile Test" scene
3. Check the overlapping between floor and wall tiles
Actual result: The floor tile is over the wall tile. (screenshot attached)
Expected result: The floor tile is under the wall tile.
Reproducible with: 2017.3.0b4, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.2.0b1.
Note: Changing the Sort Order to "Bottom Left" and "Bottom Right" results in different tilemaps, where it should be the same.
