[Tilemap] Focus On dropdown text gets clipped when "Tilemap" option is selected
"Focus On" dropdown text gets clipped when "Tilemap" option is selected
Steps to repro:
1. Create a project with 2D Template
2. Hierarchy > Create > 2D Object > Tilemap
3. Window > 2D > Tile Pallete
4. Select "Grid" GameObject in the hierarchy
5. Select "Tilemap" from "Focus On" dropdown in the Scene View
Actual Result:
"Focus On" dropdown text gets clipped when "Tilemap" option is selected
Expected Result:
"Focus On" dropdown text doesn't get clipped

2019.3.0a5, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.1.0f2, 2018.3.0f2, 2017.2.0f3
Environment:
Mac 10.14 and Windows 10
