Tile Palette grid is moved after entering Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Universal 2D project
2. Open Tile Palette window (Window > 2D > Tile Palette)
3. Create New Tile Palette > Create
4. Create a 2D Sprite, drag it into the Tile Palette window (Create > 2D > Sprite)
5. Enter Play Mode
6. Observe the Tile Palette grid
Actual result: Tile Palette grid gets moved
Expected result: Tile Palette grid doesn’t get moved
Reproducible with: 6000.0.45f1 (d91bd3d4e081), 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.5f1, 6000.3.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.56f1, 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.44f1 (101c91f3a8fb)
