There's no protection against non http or https prefix for m_MatchHost
User can have some code that sets m_MatchHost directly to a value without http or https - it’s invalid, but we have no protection for such thing. This can happen if user doesn't use SetMatchHost or StartMatchMaker to set m_MatchHost URL.
We need to add protection for such situations.
