There is no scrollbar in the Profiler window when inspecting Memory
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new Unity project
2. Open Window>Analysis>Profiler
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Select Memory in the Profiler window
5. Resize the Profiler window vertically to make it smaller
Expected results: There is a scrollbar at the bottom right in the Profiler window
Actual results: There is no scrollbar
Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b12, 2023.3.0a9
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
