There is no Facebook or WebGL Platform Dependent Compilation define directives

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a new script
3. Attempt define compilation for #if UNITY_FACEBOOK or #if UNITY_WEBGL or similair
Result: directives are not existent
Reproduced on 5.4.5p1, 5.5.4f1, 5.6.2p1, 2017.1.0f2, 2017.2.0b2
