There are inconsistent margins between Position, Rotation and Scale properties in the Transform component
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Select the 'Main Camera' object in the Hierarchy window
3. Observe the Transform component in the Inspector window
Expected result: there are equal margins between Position, Rotation and Scale properties
Actual result: there are inconsistent margins between Position, Rotation and Scale properties
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.10f1, 2020.1.0b6, 2020.2.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.39f1, 2018.4.21f1, 2019.3.0a2
