[Themes] Descendant letters are clipped in Project Setting window with Inter(Default) font
Descendent letters are clipped in Project Setting window with Inter(Default) font is set in Editor Font
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Select Edit > Preferences > General > Editor Font > Inter(Default)
3. Open Edit > Project Settings
Expected Result:
Descendent letters appear correctly
Actual Result:
Descendent letters are clipped
Reproducible on: 2019.3.0f1
Working fine on: 2020.1.0a14, 2019.3.0b12
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
