The Xbox One Troubleshooting Window does not repaint upon opening or when refreshing the troubleshooting results
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open any Project with XBox Platform Support installed without all the dependencies
# Navigate to Build Profiles (File> Build Profiles)
# Select "Xbox One"
# In Platform Settings click hyperlink "Open Troubleshooting"
# Drag the opened window "Xbox One Troubleshooting" somewhere where it doesn't overlap with the Build Profiles Window and close it
# Click "Open Troubleshooting" again and observe the "Xbox One Troubleshooting" Window without moving your cursor
# Click "Refresh" in the "Xbox One Troubleshooting" Window without moving the cursor
*Actual results:* When the "Xbox One Troubleshooting" Window is opened and the users cursor is not moved over it it doesn't repaint. Clicking the "Refresh" button without moving the cursor also doesn't repaint the Window
*Expected results:* The "Xbox One Troubleshooting" Window is immediately repainted upon opening. The Window should also repaint one refreshing is complete when clicking the "Refresh" button
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.19f1
*Can’t test with versions:* 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.45f1 (No missing dependencies when installing XBox platform support)
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
