The width of public Variable Labels in the Custom Inspector reset when Editor.DrawHeader() is Called
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "SmartInspectorDemoScene" Scene in the attached "Smart-Inspector.zip" Project
2. Open the Tools > Smart > "Inspector" Window
3. Click on the "Player" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Right-Click on the Window and select "Draw Header"
5. Observe the difference
Expected Behavior: The width does not change
Actual Behavior: The width shrinks down resulting in overlapping of the Labels
Reproducible with: 2017.4.27f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.2f1, 2019.2.0b2, 2019.3.0a3
