The "Visual Effects" section in the Preferences window is always displayed when anything is written in the search box
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Install the “Visual Effect Graph“ package
3. Open the Preferences window
4. Type anything (i.e. “12321“) into the search box in the Preferences window
5. Observe the section list on the left in the Preferences window
Expected result: No sections are displayed
Actual result: The Visual Effects section is displayed
Reproducible in: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.38f1, 6000.0.11f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
