The version of Test Runner that comes with the New Project Templates is not the latest Verified Version
Repro steps:
- start a new project with Unity 2020.1.1f1
- open Project manager
- notice that Test Runner Package needs an update
Expected result: When starting a new project with Unity 2020.1, any template, all the packages that come with it should be the latest, verified version.
