The user stays signed in after signing out and restarting the Hub
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Click on the profile icon and Sign in to Unity Hub
3. Click on the profile icon and Sing out of Unity Hub
4. Quit the Unity Hub
5. Open Unity Hub
6. Observe the profile icon
Expected result: Not signed in users icon is displayed
Actual result: Signed in user's initials are displayed
Reproducible with: 3.4.2, 3.7.0

Not reproducible on: MacOS 13.4
