The underline fades away when you zoom in/out in the UI Builder
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "UITKTest.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scrips/UI/Resources/UXML1.uxml
3. Zoom in 10000% to the underline in the UI Builder window
Expected results: The underline is visible
Actual results: The underline disappears
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b16, 2023.3.0a12
Could not test with: 2021.3.31f, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.19f1 (compilation errors in the Console window)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
