The UIToolkit Dropdown menu does not show the last item when accessed in Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “UIToolkitBug.zip“ project
2. Open the “Example” scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4, Select “Misc“ in the Game view
5. Expand the Dropdown menu
6. Observe the Dropdown menu
Expected results: The “Item 20“ item appears at the bottom
Actual results: The “Item 20“ item does not appear
Reproducible in: 2023.2.14f1, 2023.3.0a19
Not reproducible in: 6000.0.0b11
Could not test in: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.21f1 (errors caused by the custom Package), 2023.3.0b1 - 2023.3.0b3 (the Dropdown menus could not expand in these versions)
Fixed in: 2023.3.0b4
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
