The title and menu bar are white when Editor Theme is set to Dark
How to reproduce:
1. Create an empty project
2. Click Edit → Preferences → General → Editor Theme → Dark
3. Observe the title bar at the top
Expected result: The bar is dark
Actual result: The bar is white
Reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a15
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro

How can this be by design? Unity is literally the only Windows app I'm using that flashes bright white context menus in darkmode.

Can we have the design changed? I would much prefer a dark menu bar. Thanks.

By Design? You should learn some of it from Unreal. Their title bar is removed to free up space and menu bar dark.
Anyway here's a script with hotkey that hides title and menu bar: ...
