The “Terrain Settings” tab state reverts to the previous selected tab when leaving and returning to the Inspector window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-99191” project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Go to the Scene view
4. In the Hierarchy window, select the “Terrain“ GameObject and go to the Inspector window
5. In the Terrain component, select “Terrain Settings“
6. Click on the Hierarchy window (should result in the Inspector window becoming empty)
7. Select the “Terrain“ GameObject and go to the Inspector window
8. Observe the results in the Terrain component
Expected result: The "Terrain Settings" tab is active
Actual result: “Create Neighbor Terrains“ (the previous tab before the "Terrain Settings") tab is active

Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: The issue only reproduces if the Scene view is visible and only with the “Terrain Settings" tab
